Main work stages

• Needs analysis and Research on ICC awareness, as well as ICC training and the market research;

• Developing ICC Training program and adjusting it to interactive templates

• Working out Learners' Handbook to support the ICT Training module

• Evaluation and Testing of the Project outputs

• Dissemination of the Project outputs, demonstrating the need and importance of ICC skills and attractiveness of using multimedia tools in training and in communication

• Exploitation of the Project outputs – holding an Interactive training in three Chamber countries – Latvia, Finland and Romania
